As an Assistant Property Manager of PCH Properties, LLC in Clinton, NJ, I was on the leading edge of major initiatives and financial strategies that magnified our portfolio to greater measures. As per my strategic approach, it had allowed the acquisition of under-value properties at 20% under the market value, expanded the portfolio by three, and enabled the growth of the value of the property by 15% within a year. Instrumental in orchestrating a series of strategic financing deals that facilitated the purchase of properties full of potential at costs significantly lower than the market rates. Focused on the direct evaluation of the property and targeted renovation, such as painting, it resulted in a 25% increase in the value of the property and at the same time increased the speed of selling by 30%. I also developed our property sales marketing strategies, which applied traditional fora and digital platforms for exposure. The result was that this opened wide our buyer profile, subsequently being able to record growth in sales.
