Campaign & Journey Design: Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to design customer journeys and marketing campaigns within Marketing Cloud, leveraging tools like Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio. Data Modeling & Integration: Analyze and model customer data to ensure seamless integration between Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud, enabling personalized marketing efforts and accurate customer segmentation. Requirement Documentation: Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories, specifically for Marketing Cloud features such as segmentation, automation, and email marketing. Solution Configuration: Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud to meet specific business needs, including setting up data extensions, creating customer journeys, and configuring automation workflows. A/B Testing & Optimization: Support marketing teams in conducting A/B testing within Marketing Cloud, analyzing the results, and recommending optimizations to improve campaign performance and customer engagement. User Adoption & Training: Develop training materials and conduct workshops to ensure marketing and sales teams are proficient in using Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, driving high user adoption rates. Compliance & Data Governance: Ensure that all marketing activities within Salesforce Marketing Cloud comply with data privacy regulations and internal data governance policies, safeguarding customer information. Performance Reporting & Analytics: Create and maintain advanced reports and dashboards within Marketing Cloud, providing actionable insights on campaign performance, customer engagement, and ROI.
