Starting 2022, Sulava has been a member of The Digital Neighborhood group.I work as an IT architect with Microsoft 365 technologies with a special focus in M365 Copilot, security and pre-study & roadmap consulting. I am currently focused in working as Copilot Tech Stream lead - leading the discussions related to data security, extensibility and other technical topics with our customers and supporting our consultants, and participating in creating and delivering Sulava's Copilot Adoption Service.I also occasionally teach Microsoft official courses as a certified Microsoft Trainer (MCT). Starting 2023, I also as act a Personal Coach for a team of Sulava consultants. I also follow closely Microsoft 365 and Copilot updates and produce analysis for our Advisor Service clients.I spent the early years at Sulava working as an architect in M365 migration projects, focusing in M365 technical infrastructure. For several years I was also responsible for developing offerings related to cloud platform and infrastructure service area. I chose some of the things I am very proud to have been able to participate in creating over the years:1.Office 365 pre-study package was an all-time hit in paving the way for Office 365 migrations for the customers.2. Evergreen meetings concept have become an integral part of our Advisor service: regularly providing customer-specific information about the new cloud features and what they mean for the users .3. Securing e-mail authentication against spoofing is a basic security requirements nowadays, and together with DMARC Advisor we have helped dozens customers to implement DMARC.4. Setting up Sulava SOC service was a task of building a new agile and affordable security operations center with a maximum transparency and latest cloud technology.5. Doing my part in helping Sulava to achieve a global finalist title in Microsoft 2024 Partner of the Year Awards in Copilot category.

As a Systems Architect I focused on IT infrastructure design in Intranet, Extranet & Web implementation projects using Microsoft SharePoint and related technologies. In addition I consulted customers in Microsoft technologies, systems architecture, enterprise search, identity and access management. I acted as a technology specialist in projects, but I also participated in sales, recruiting and development of internal methods and tools. I helped the company support in complex problems and coordinated support activities for a key customer.
