I am responsible for (new) relations, process of the different productions. An mainly: what kind of skills are there to comprehend for our interns?As Projectleider AV I have to find balance between 'the world there' and the edicational world. Although we are a kind of business, we want our interns learn as many as the can. We want to deliver them loads of.

As a teacher and trainer I learn students a few few things.First I teach them the theory of technical things, how to produce a film, etc. Second I learn and train them how to do it. And the last thing. How do you act in relation to a client.And important: 'what is the world around you?'

As a freelance filmmaker and director, I made mostely corporate films, docu's and and worked at some (item) directors productions. As a producer/ director, I was responsible for all the video output at the mainstage from the editions Bevrijdingsfestival Overijssel.

For 15 years i had the priviledge to be the first camera operator for this organisation.From some item productions till productions with more camera's in combination with OBV trucks.
