- Identifying the best suitable talent for the required demand and facilitating the seamless Onboarding and Offboarding of resources.- Conducting Knowledge Transfer (KT) sessions for newly hired employees who are serving as backfill resources- Manage project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, and other records, and make them available to relevant stakeholders.- Facilitating effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and senior management through the exchange of project-related information, including updates, deliverables, schedules, and documentation, to relevant parties. -Using bench and Internal supply report to fulfill internal staffing requirements
