CurrentThe lead project manager is a senior change program/project role and has varied in terms of the projects/programmes and responsibilities based on the business needs.Key highlights:Delivered to scope, quality and budget to launch the scheme as a greenfield project in 2011. Managed several technical and functional work stream successfully, working with the supplier TCS to the deliver the Nest pension scheme. The scheme is now running at 10m+ members.Delivered a number of technical projects to enable the launch of the Nest pension Scheme - Transport layer security setup, e-mail domain moves, infrastructure and security deliveryDelivered and fine tuned system releases and deployments for various projects/programmes at Nest to launch the scheme and for other releases Delivered several major and minor releases to update the pension scheme to support regulatory changes and product improvements post launching the pension scheme Produced an elaborate Statement of Work based on bidder submissions and requirements, to enable the existing supplier to plan for migration of the data and transition the service. This piece of work involved a lot of review, presentations and scrutiny, working with senior executives, commercial teams and lawyers to get to a version to present to the incumbent.Managed the data migration work stream from inception to current state to migrate circa 10+ million records from current supplier TCS to Cloud (Azure) with the future supplier from multiple sources to multiple targets systems like PostgreSQL, Ms Dynamics and Oracle. This migration work involved working with multiple suppliers, IPR restrictions on the incumbent side, commercial negotiations and other such challenges to prepare for the migrationManaged the service transition work streams in preparation for the delivery of a transformed service for Nest pensions working with multiple suppliers to transition the service
