As a Co-Lead Author, I have been handling the conceptualisation and structuring of the collaborative Parenting book "Imperfect Parenting: Honest Stories from Global Parents" to be published by Let's Author. Responsible for the overall programme management of this collaborative book's publishing initiative including:- Identifying & Onboarding co-authors- Jointly develop the TOC of the book and content to be covered- Drive Marketing efforts incl. crowdfunding and identifying strategic partnerships for increasing the visibility of the book and bringing in pre-orders.- Focused marketing effort post launch of the book to ensure reach of the book launch and book availability converts into increasing the sales numbers.
