Specific responsibilities include:• Setting the vision, strategy and goals for talent acquisition business.• Developing and maintaining consultative relationships with business and HR leaders. • Developing, optimizing and driving an efficient, consistent recruiting process from talent attraction and candidate identification, to on-site assessment and candidate experience, offer proposal and negotiation, through on-boarding.• Leading developing, executing, and refining of the company’s Employer Brand, social recruiting, and digital engagement activities.• Identifying future talent needs; working with recruiting teams and business leaders to develop talent pools in key areas of need. • Leading diversity recruiting initiatives. • Defining talent acquisition metrics, developing tracking and reporting methods, analysing the data to determine effectiveness, adjusting as needed. • Assessing emerging technologies and best practices to identifying opportunities to enhance company’s talent acquisition efforts and impact.
