• Lead & Direct the company-wide Staffing Operations with focus on developing strategic business relationships and client partnerships• Create and implement processes and procedures to improve overall efficiencies • Creating a culture that champions the people, process, performance, and value add to clients and consultants.• Management of the Account Managers / Client Delivery Managers and Recruiting team with a focus on acquiring new accounts, expansion within existing accounts and growing headcount of staff and consultants.• Drive service and staffing consultants delivery through trainings, metrics and mentoring• Research and implement systems/tools and develop reports to elevate overall communication• Recruiting, training, coaching and developing employees; including hiring and retaining strong talent, providing ongoing performance coaching and feedback and partnering with employees to create targeted development plans.• Motivate, develop, and advance Recruiting Staff and counsel Client Account Managers on best practices and increase productivity.• Provide leadership to assist on system improvements, business policies, and operational practices and client delivery.• Direct onsite and offsite staff in an environment that encourages teamwork, maximum performance while delivering world class consulting and staffing services to external customers• Proactively develop strong relationships with the client hiring manager and stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded.• Develop and maintain a current Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manual with ongoing evaluation and facilitation of account process improvements.• Coordinate, develop and present training and presentations including: sourcing and recruiting for different client requirements, increase delivery on hard to fill positions, marketing material to attract strong talent, client acquisitions, process and operational updates.
