Andrew has a variety of experience in key leadership roles managing high-performing teams while solving complex problems, internationally and in challenging environments. His military career was focused on the fields of aviation, aviation/flight instruction, aircraft maintenance management, electronic warfare, and military operations. Previous positions held were EA-6B squadron Commanding Officer, Director of Operations, Director of Aircraft Maintenance, Director of Safety and Standardization, and Weapons and Tactics Instructor, at times as the organization's most senior leader.Andrew’s final role on active duty was the Executive Officer of Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One (MAWTS-1) in Yuma, Arizona. MAWTS-1 trains future military aviation experts during the United States Marine Corps' premier aviation training program, known as WTI. In his current role with Schneider Electric, he facilitates a variety of energy management solutions for organizations in the defense industry.
