Currently an AUT-HR (HRBP, Talent Management) at ITC Limited, Aarushi is a PGDM-HRM graduate from MDI Gurgaon, batch of 2022-24. She is passionate about public speaking and debating and is a quick learner and a keen researcher. She is always willing to innovate and implement new ideas and strategies. She aims to integrate her skills with business management knowledge to better interpret the fast-paced corporate world.During her undergraduate course in CSE, she has successfully completed two internships and has freelanced as a Software Developer in a startup as Machine Learning head. Her 1st internship was with Govt of Jharkhand(Dept of Science and Technology as Research intern) and her 2nd internship was with Logchain India as an HR Intern. She has also worked with Jindal Steel and Power and at a startup Bigpie Helmets as HR intern.Aarushi likes volunteering for NGO activities and believes in giving back to the society. Also passionate about turning ideas into a reality, she has participated in various hackathons and case competitions as well and looks forward to collaborate on various upcoming projects and competitions.
