Worked closely with development teams, internal clients and infrastructure partners to drive root-cause analysis of technical incidents, troubleshoot and resolved them within determined SLA. Have experience in: ⦾ Creating intuitive and efficient SAIL Interfaces. ⦾ Building Records (Entity/Process/Service backed) with Data sync, establishing record relationships as well as creating and configuring Custom Record Fields and Record Level Security. ⦾ Designing & configuring Process models. ⦾ Integration components and Web APIs. ⦾ Developing and modularizing individual components for reusability. ⦾ Creating technical documentations like user guide, KB, DFD and ERD for troubleshooting, reference and reporting. ⦾ Other BPM implementation such as creation and configuration of CDTs, nested CDTs, XSDs, AI Skill, Reports, Plugins, Decision Table, Expression/Query Rules as well as sound knowledge of relational database (Maria DB, MySQL). ⦾ Familiar with Appian's DevOps, UI-UX best practises, Agile development methodology and tools like Confluence and JIRA.● Underwent trainings on UiPath (UiRPA), Appian (L1) & Azure Fundamentals (AZ900, AI900, DP900).
