Description: The Resume and English Skills Enhancement Team (RESET) is dedicated to helping individuals who face challenges with English improve their resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and interview skills. Our efforts not only support numerous individuals locally but also contribute significantly to research, benefitting countless more worldwide. Moreover, we maintain international contacts with families across the globe, ensuring a broad and inclusive impact.Responsibilities of Treasurer: Submit SARs for events 3 weeks in advance.Keep an accurate account of all funds received and expended.Be responsible for filling out base funding, operational, and event budget requests for each Fall and Spring semester.Always in contact with the President.

YUVA stands for Youth for Unity, Virtues, and Action! It is a platform to preserve, practice, promote, and protect Dharma across North America.

Relief Share Mission: To support community clinics and health development efforts in underserved countries and the United States by getting first aid and medical supplies and equipment to organizations and facilities that need them. Responsibilities: Engaging in financial management and reporting.Logging the medical materials.Taking care of logistics.Making sure supplies are available to pack/stock.Communicating with Relief Share Florida.Coordinating dates for drop-off and pick-up of supplies amongst the board.Working alongside the secretary to make sure supplies are at hand and communicating with the service coordinator to plan and schedule events accordingly based on inventory.

Ambassador for KLCB, an organization with over 27,000 members. I remember volunteering for KLCB events when I was in middle and high school; productive beach, park, and parking lot cleanups that not only created communal bonds but contributed to the cleanliness and appeal of Lee County were some of my fonder memories in school. Now, with my ambassador position, I hope to draw more attention to sustainable environmental practices as well as coordinate volunteer activities and operations.

Completed the Bright Network Internship, focusing on Technology, Business Operations, and Marketing. In the Technology aspect, I developed a proposal to enhance the app RunWize, aiming to boost Monthly Average Users (MAU) by 15% and increase the number of paid subscribers by 20% within the next 6 months as I outlined in my comprehensive proposal. For the Business, Operations, and Marketing components, I conducted research to identify a strategic partner for British Airways with the goal of improving access to nature, restoring natural habitats, and enhancing biodiversity in local communities. I recommended partnering with The Wildlife Trusts, and proposed several initiatives, including creating 50 new urban green spaces in cities served by BA flights over 3 years and establishing 20 "BA Butterfly Gardens" in schools near major airports as I outlined in my comprehensive proposal.

First-Year Leadership Experience (FLE) encourages community involvement, cultivates leadership, and celebrates South Asian culture among undergraduate freshmen at UF. Through this club, I socially and academically mentored 3 freshmen at UF: Akhil Challa, Aaryan Raj, and Shivam Datta.

As a self-employed copywriter, I have been fortunate enough to harness the potential of words and create captivating copy for a wide range of clients while learning 100s of persuasive business techniques and vocabulary. This experience has not only sharpened my business skills but has also provided me with an exclusive entryway into the ever-evolving fields of Technology and Business. Every project I undertook blended creativity with technical expertise to engage audiences and achieve tangible outcomes. Most importantly, each word possesses the power to mold perspectives and ignite action in the digital world.

During my second fall semester at UF, I had the incredible opportunity to work as a Research Assistant for Dr. Ken and his amazing team. My main responsibility during this time was to delve into the intricate dynamics of fear, anxiety, and stress and understand their profound impact on individuals' perception of their environment and cognitive processes, particularly their judgment. It was a deeply engaging experience as I navigated through data, conducted analyses, and contributed to our understanding of these complex psychological mechanisms by using data gathered from 100s of participants throughout the research period. Working closely with Dr. Ken's team not only broadened my academic horizons but also reinforced my passion for unraveling the mysteries of human behavior, cognition, and general neuroscience. I’m excited to see how the skills garnered from this experience will connect to my future endeavors with artificial neural networks.

During my 2023 summer semester, I had the opportunity to work with a variety of mentors, most notably, Nicholas Lewis. Mr. Lewis graduated from UF with his Masters Degree in Forensic Science. Hence, I valued the mentorship he and his colleagues provided me when I was looking to set up my own business through the AMWAY system, focusing on the sale of sustainable and unique products such as dissolvable protein pods, powdered vitamins, and 100s more. The most profound and impactful component of this experience was the mentorship provided by Mr. Lewis and his colleagues, Mr. and Mrs. Grote; this group of mentors pushed me out of my comfort zone and taught me how to expand and grow my mindset, improving my budgeting, leadership, business development, and communication skills.
