I directed my state in promoting the field of STEAM to all types of various students and help manage tutors with their tutors. I looked over the entire state and made the allocation resources was fairly distrusted to all people of the state.

I started a project within OurSafety of bringing in multiple state representatives, chiefs of polices, and senators to answer to the community filled with mix opinions. I was responsible for the outreach, marketing, and overall organization of the event. In Marketing, I was able to bring in an attendance of 500 people for a 300 person max capacity event. The outreach required emailing organizations of both sides of the gun debate ( for and against) and I was able to work with both sides to create a peaceful town hall. With minimal reputation, I was able to convince representatives, the chief of police, activist, and a senator in order to come to speak at the event. I helped create a line up for the participants of the town hall to speak to. This eventually became the main project OurSafety worked for years and it increased its participation by working on multiple towns halls for multiple issues.

Being a founding member of this organization, I directed this organization for setting up its website, goals, and its initial business network. I set up meetings with multiple communities which allowed for them to create a platform to present their work. I also directed their attentions of addressing mental health issues by offering free movie nights and free extra circular activities. I worked with the founder on setting its board and setting the teams required for long term stability and organized the company structure.

As a student representative, I was responsible for bringing in a young and new perspective to the board meetings. Along with the board, I helped approve the fiscal year budget for Naperville for Mayor to officially implement. In the meetings, I was able to analyze and choose a new manager for the investments of Naperville's Investment portfolio which resulted into an increase of the profit projections for the next year.
