Hey there! I'm Aarya Seth, the founder of Viral Ventures, a new age E-Commerce marketing agency.I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit, in fact, it's been within me since I was 10! I never wanted to do the "9-5". Growing up I've binge-watched Shark Tank USA, and it always enlightened me about how these entrepreneurs around the world, would move to the USA and would put everything they had on the line to start their ventures.I too, have a similar story, in early 2019 I started my 1st business venture. Head Of MarketingJnis-International Youth Conference Apr 2021 - Sep 2021Mumbai, Maharashtra, IndiaThe International Youth Conference is one of India's largest MUN's organised by the students of Jamnabai Narsee International School. Main goal was to get people to register for the MUN. I led 2 separate teams that individually worked on different tasks. I had assigned sub heads to each team who had to report to me everyday with the task progress. One team was in charge of Outreach, so were given tasks to make cold calls, email candidates, reach out to influencers, etc. The second team was in charge of social media marketing. Since Instagram, was the main channel for communication, this team was dedicated to working on making the Instagram. At the start a schedule was made of what posts would go up when, what reels will be made. We also worked on building written content and thought of different and innovative ways to market the Conference. We used trending reel audios at the time to try and make the conference go viral. The conference was hosted online due to COVID-19, but we still managed to be one of the most successful conferences.

Main job was related to social media strategy and management of the company. First task was to find a minimum of 15 competitors of the company. Then, I has to analyse and make reports on what they were doing different and how we could stand out. So I set up a new Instagram account just to track these companies and found several things that Acorn could implement in their marketing strategies. Then, I had to manage the company Instagram, engage with the comments, share new posts with regular customers and also had to make content which the company could upload. My last task was to reach out to a minimum of 10 "Mother Influencers" for collaboration with Acorn and potential affiliate marketing deals with Acorn.
