During my internship at Porsche Gurgaon, I focused on understanding client engagement, marketing, and sales processes within the luxury/sport automotive industry. I began by learning the software used to manage prospective clients, which is essential for tracking interactions and ensuring a personalized customer experience. This hands-on experience emphasized the importance of accuracy in handling client data.I also observed the marketing strategies at Porsche, including digital campaigns and event-based promotions. Participating in strategy sessions allowed me to contribute ideas for enhancing client engagement. This exposure gave me insights into the creative and analytical processes behind effective marketing.In addition, I supported the sales team by identifying and addressing flaws in their approach. I reviewed their processes, provided feedback, and helped streamline operations to align better with Porsche’s standards.

During my internship, I collaborated with the Sales and Marketing team at Taj Hotels, gaining valuable experience at both the Delhi and Gurgaon branches. I had the opportunity to shadow seasoned professionals and actively participated in work-related engagements, including interactions with the G20 Summit Council, Ambassadors from Italy, Chile, France, Croatia, Myanmar, Georgia, and the Chancery of Nigeria. Additionally, I was involved in discussions and calls with prominent entities such as Whirlpool, Apollo Tires, and reputable law firms, including Khaitan and Co and Saraf and Partners.
