Currentlyhandling a 50-plus distributor's strong team with two management layers.• Successfully designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the distributor’s base and ensures brand’s strong presence.• Develops and increases sales revenue to meet assigned targets, honour consistent business growth in the last 6 consecutive year in APAC & Middle Eastern territories.• Highly engaged with the product team to calculate and provide a return on investment analysis including but not limited to➢ New Regional Product offering➢ Business expansion or go-to-market changes➢ Market Segmentation on price policies and ensuring cost management strategies are well planned and implemented• Extensive market travel to conduct tours, product launches, and sales meetings, strengthen vendor and distributor relationships and define local opportunities.• Continue to engage and continue developing an effective working relationship with distributors, market research, strategies & trends, effective Annual Budget plan and monitoring performance to the target, customer support & training, • Coordinates and assists in seasonal sales meetings to include site selection, agenda preparation, hotel bookings, communication to distributors and anything else required to hold a successful sales meeting.• Distributor skills developments, monthly forecasting for sales target, workshops and conferences, sales techniques & competitive intelligence etc.• Ensuring a smooth supply chain and transactions with B2B & B2C models.• Consistently delivered above 40 % YoY growth and 2X growth post-pandemic
