Established the clinical model used at the agency, created company documents and established documentation standards, helped to structure the company’s internal organization, created job positions, and provided technical support for the company’s compliance with HIPPA standards. Training Coordinator responsibilities included the training of newly hired employees, interviewing incoming job applicants, coordinating orientation activities such as learning general office procedure, shadowing employees during their initial cases and modeling treatment methodology when employees shadow, providing assistance and instruction in the completion of paperwork and the development of new employees’ first treatment team. Behavioral Therapist responsibilities included creating Behavior Plans, establishing quantifiable measures for the target behavior, determining the criterion for termination, providing behavioral treatment in various settings (including the home, school, and community) for the clients as well as coaching and teaching skills to their caregivers, regular documentation of treatment activities, organizing clients charts and establishing and maintaining communication between the County representative for the case, teachers, parents and other caregivers. Client populations included a deaf child, children from multi-ethnic homes, heavily varying familial Socio-economic status, ranging from 6 to 18 years of age.
