Group 2 & 10• Manage and coordinate work between the office and the field for assigned projects• Manage project record documents/As-builts by posting RFIs to keep the drawings current• Review and process all submittal logs to verify compliance with project specifications and schedule• Performing all required engineering duties and responsibilities including assisting with Quality Assurance/Quality Control• Conduct thorough construction document reviews and examine all documents for constructability• Resolve any conflicts in interpretation. Prepared submitted RFIs and tracked responses to stay on schedule• Monthly updates of the schedules with the help of the specified softwares• Participation of, preparation of meetings and meeting minutes online and in person• Coordination between client, subs and stakeholders to make communication clear and concise• Management of all CCOs, CAAs, Cos and Pos through systematic record keeping• Hands on operation of the specified cloud system for updated construction data like Onware, Part 3, Multivista and Procore.
