Strong background in leading business, technology, and operational transformation at top companies – FOX Corporation, 21st Century Fox, and News Corporation.With a track record of success at News UK, The Daily Telegraph, and the BBC, I relocated to New York from London and, within two years, helped established News Corp as a digital pioneer in the mass media/publishing space. During this period, digital revenue grew to over 50% of total revenue, and Technology OPEX savings were reinvested in to growth.In the years that followed, I delivered similar leadership and performance for other companies, guiding the large global organizations through the complex split of 21st Century Fox and subsequent spinout of FOX Corporation following sale of core assets to The Walt Disney Company.As a result of developing technology strategies that prioritized digital transformation, stack modernization, and cloud/SaaS platforms as strategic imperatives, I was successful in driving huge impacts to operations, financial performance, and achievement of desired business outcomes.When all was said and done, I’d built the digital technology infrastructures that enabled these companies to deliver high-quality creative content and entertainment options to a global audience and, ultimately, fuel billions of dollars in revenue growth. I also impacted profitability, directing initiatives that produced substantial cost savings, built new capabilities, and increased operational efficiencies.In addition to orchestrating transformations for three of the world’s foremost media, entertainment, and news companies, I’ve advised startups and early-stage companies, leading to my most recent role with SaaS startup Productiv.After stepping in to strengthen the performance of its initial offering aimed at technology executives, the market matured and opportunities began to dwindle, so we pivoted the product toward a different audience. Once we recast it into a general spend platform for technology, finance, and procurement executives, momentum shifted and growth began to build.My passion and expertise lies in positioning technology at the heart of the business to drive revenue and growth.
