Provide Operational reports for activities on servers at regular intervals, Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly.• Ensuring the team address all the incident and requests raised by the client by adhering to the SLA such as Priority Level, Initial Response by email or phone, Updates, Initial Escalation to Level 2 if Level 1 cannot close.
