Growing up, I always had one memory of my parent teacher meeting in School where my teacher uses to tell my mother about my talkative behavior, no matter what but I like to talk and communicate with children around me. From school till the time of college I carried the same behavior being talkative. I also took part in debates and other Competitions that helped me in developing my communication skills.As a teen in the College, I always admire the HR of my college and wanted to be in the same profession. So, I decided to be the one. Started my career working with Complete Secure Solutions as a Backend Operations and later got promoted to HR Executive. Also, worked with kaizen consultants as an HR professional. I worked more than 2 years with kaizen, handled the team and clients. The experience was awesome...I see myself flourishing as an HR professional in a way that people recognize me by my name and not by my organization. I believe there are always new strategies, technologies, and Band skills to learn and improve upon.I am here to learn!😃
