Aashi is currently working as an Associate at Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, India - where she work with political leaders to drive change and help tackle some of the biggest challenges in areas like healthcare, education, industrial growth, governance, and many others.Previously, as a Senior Consultant at A.T. Kearney, she worked with leading private organisations in Healthcare, Consumer Goods, Global Payments, and EPI. She has gained valuable insights by driving successful execution of multiple large-scale transformation projects for her past clients.Aashi pursued her B.Tech degree from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Delhi, where Aashi was recognised with the prestigious Director's Gold Medal for her all-round performance and leadership skills. She is actively involved in mentorship at ed-tech startups like Talerang, Metvy and Global Governance Initiative, where she guides aspiring consultants on technical and soft skills including career development, consulting frameworks, and structured problem-solving. She also spends her weekend actively engaging with startup founders and advising them on business growth.She exhibits a keen interest in the social sector and has gained vivid experiences through her involvement with Teach for India, Katalyst, and the BloodConnect Foundation.Outside of work, she finds joy in writing poetry slams and exploring new places for food, lifestyle, and cultural experiences.
