The Justice Technology Services (JTS) cluster at the Ministry of Solicitor General provides comprehensive technological services to the justice sector ministries, offering reliable systems and support. At JTS, I developed two chatbot applications that significantly reduced ticket resolution time for court clerks by providing tailored instructions for database errors. This included training the bots with custom datasets to address different system errors. I also collaborated with multiple teams to identify error patterns and optimize the system's performance.

The University of Alberta's Department of Paediatrics specializes in advancing children's health through innovative research, education, clinical care and more. As an AI Intern, I designed and implemented an AI-powered filtering system to classify medical trials, significantly reducing manual screening time. By iteratively training a bioBERT model with medical literature, I achieved context-based classification of the trials, optimized research funding efficiency and validated the integration of data into ongoing health sciences projects.

BGC is a social profit agency dedicated to providing different community services to children, youth and their families. Through my role as the Team Lead for front-end web development, I crafted landing pages, interactive content, and responsive designs that enhanced user engagement and increased website traffic. I collaborated with the senior development team to code custom web forms and implemented solutions to improve the website, driving user interactions and boosting campaign analytics.
