-Led a team of 50+ volunteers who specifically worked for the social and economic upliftment of women along with girls in and around the campus area of North Delhi. This included brainstorming on modules to provide livelihood opportunities, social outreach to ensure financial literacy and economic inclusivity and spreading awareness on topics like Good Touch and Bad Touch among younger girls. -Conducted a Menstrual Awareness Workshop in partnership with Goonj- visited their onsite center in Delhi and participated in the campaign 'Not Just a Piece of Cloth', while sharing experiences and breaking the taboo around Period Poverty and Period Shame-Organised a 2-day Self Defence Workshop in association with Delhi Police where over 200 girls participated and received certification-Had the honor of inviting Ms. Swati Maliwal (Chairperson of Delhi Commission for Women) and Ms. Laxmi Agarwal (Acid attack victims activist and founder of The Laxmi Foundation) for the Women Rights Panel in NSS-SRCC's annual fest- 'Samarpan'-Directed and performed a flash mob in Delhi University's biggest cultural fest- 'Crossroads' on the theme 'A Women's Struggle in India' which showcased the diverse challenges bearing the women of our country, which constantly proving their potential and contribution to nation building. -Was also a part of the cabinet for NSS-SRCC and helped across 15+ wings to warrant an enriching experience to the 450+ student volunteers. This included hospital and old age visits (part of Social Support), cleanliness drive and sessions on sustainable living (part of Environment Wing) and tutoring kids of Gr.1-10 who are otherwise unable to receive educational support (part of Project Sanskaar) -As part of the core team- worked with National Organ and Tissue Transplant Organisation (DGHS, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare) to conduct the 'Gift Life' cultural fest and spearhead the dialogue on organ donation to narrow the demand gap currently facing our country

-Gained knowledge about India's bilateral relations with the US as well as US relations with other countries in fields like defense, energy, climate change, geopolitical affairs and domestic policies influencing human rights-Learned about the application and use of soft power diplomacy as an important pillar in India's foreign policy through events like International Yoga Day, VIP visits, Round Table events and people-to-people exchange-Assisted in the preparation of our Hon'ble PM Narendra Modi's maiden visit to the US under the presidentship of then POTUS Donald Trump from 24-26 June 2017. While doing so helped in research to prepare talking points on the H-1B Visa Issue, India's 2015 Paris Climate Accord NDC and the then US walk out from the accord along with the potential of future state of affairs between the two democracies-Developed positive inter-personal and communication skills while simultaneously learning the art of negotiation and diplomatic command

Helped on Project Arpan (production of smokeless incense sticks) by building backward and forward linkages throughout the North and Central Delhi network and providing employment opportunities to women in SHGs

Took part in workshops on guesstimates; analysed the different marketing and growth strategies of Blue Chip companies through tools like PEST analysis, BCG Matrix and Porters Five Forces;

Helped underprivileged kids of the Soweto region in Johannesburg to attain after school academic help while cultivating co-curricular hobbies like art, dance, music and drama

-Headed the pan Sub-Saharan Africa youth conference which saw the participation of 150+ students from 10+ schools, on promoting the spirit of service among youth in order to resolve the larger socio-economic problems prevalent in the area. This included tackling issues relevant to human rights, LGBTQIA+ community, small businesses and sustainability. -Workshops and panel sessions by guests like freedom fighter Ahmed Kathrada and Justice Masipa to further awareness on both the past and present scenarios facing the country-Worked with various academic institutions like Monash University and University of Johannesburg while also collaborating with organisations like Rise Against Hunger (addressing SDG2) and conducting the UNHCR Refugee Simulation-Learned how to be a well organised and principled leader with clear communications among the different wings and how to problem solve in critical situations while maintaining a balanced demeanor

-Helped promote the spirit of service as embedded in the IB Diploma vertical of CAS (Creativity, Action, Service) by conducting Service Week (a display of different ongoing service projects to help students of Gr.9-12 to choose from), coordinating logistics and resources across the various projects and general oversight to make sure set goals are met-Was 1 of 15 selected to be a part of the 3 day Tigerkloof Leadership Retreat among 100+ candidates and the youngest. Gained insight on effective outreach and community partnership building, learned about the local South African challenges and experienced getting rooted with their culture and history
