My key role is managing the HR function and looking over across talent acquisition, operations and building culture.I am involved in designing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, conducting performance appraisals, overseeing payroll and benefits, and organizing training and development programs. I also coordinate with the senior management and other departments to align the HR strategy with the business goals and vision of the firm.l enjoy working with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures, and I always strive to uphold the values of integrity, professionalism, and excellence in my work.
