And Prepare the at clearest life cycle and degradation factor predictions for first life, second life and End of life.  Responsible for testing criteria, DVPs, DFMEA, DVT,8D model and validation of new developed products and for final journey of Product from POC (Sample A) to Sample C (Production) and then Sample D (matured after value Engineering) Involved into root cause analysis from technology side for all customer complains related to the battery. Responsible for doing Product Bench marking and improvement in existing products as per the .market requirement.

 Responsible for Energy Management documents, Design and Development team for designing new Li-ion Battery packs. Design All Initial (first Version) Mahinda Electric Engineering Standards (MEES) for designing anddevelopment from Cell section, Thermal management, BMS design, Pack Development of ElectricVehicle battery pack. Involved in Equipment selection for Global Electric Vehicle Technology Center (GEVTEC) ofMahindra Electric, dream project of Lithium Ion Technology creation, maturation for EV future ofIndia. Worked as testing, validation and Proto Head and responsible for designing test procedures fortesting and validation and development of Battery packs and Electric VehiclesResponsible for supporting Design and Development team for designing new Li-ion Battery packsand BMS. Involved into technology selection of Lithium Ion cells for the development of new battery packs. Responsible for testing and validation of new developed products. Responsible for doing analysis on all new tenders for Automotive system regarding storage system. Responsible for checking compliance and regulations requirements for the new tenders ofautomotive domains. Responsible for doing trials and preparing study report on performance of different Ah batterypacks. Working with the hardware and software teams of the company for development BMS for thedifferent battery packs. Working on project to increase the mileage of electric vehicle by using suitable range of ACME Li-ion batteries. Involved into root cause analysis from technology side for all customer complains related to thebattery. Responsible for supporting ESS team in testing and validation of Battery and Inverter. Working on BIS certification project of the company with the ESS and BD teams. Involved in all future projects of the company for setting up of battery manufacturing line andlaboratories.
