Started my career with Asian paints fresh from IMT Nagpur, my work took me to Patna then Visakhapatnam, Hyderabad and then to Bangalore. 4 yrs 11 Months in the company & then hopped onto Ola Wagon. During my stint at Patna got exposure of Retail/Channel sales. Then I moved to Vizag from where I handled B2B division for Coastal Andhra (Present Andhra Pradesh) for close to 2.5 yrs. Next financial year handled B2B for Telangana state based out of Hyderabad. Moved to Bangalore then where I a handled new vertical - Color Pro for Karnataka state.During this course was able to enhance & develop lot of competencies. Few being 1) Negotiation skills 2) Segmenting & Targeting 3) Resource management 4) Operation optimization 5) Team managementIn Ola, for the initial 6 months (April 2016 to Sept) was responsible for growth in shuttle for Bangalore city. Was involved in streamlining role and responsibilities of a fairly large team, looked into their training & development needs and had to lead from front when it came to sales. Got exposure of operation management, Marketing initiatives & Tech implementation. In Sept was given the task of setting up operations for Shuttle in Hyd & Chennai and to handle Shuttle use cases for key accounts of Bangalore city.Became part of Ola Share category in April 2017, learning and growth has been excellent. Initially handled Flat fare sub category, then for 3 months Tier2,3 cities with succesfullly able to bring down the burn by 50%. Led the category at Country level between 2018 Aug to 2019 March, responsible for its P&L, Demand and Product.Now onto a new journey in Udaan as Product Ops head.. New industry and function.
