Mechanical Engineer currently working in Mercedes Benz Research and Development India, (On roll of Tata Technologies) as a Technical Lead. Working on Mercedes Benz cars as a process planner for different plants in Germany, USA, Hungary, South Africa. Responsible for Change management, New Product planning and Equipment planning.Prior to this I also worked in HCL Technology as a Lead Engineer (Engineering and R&D services ). Working on John Deere products ( construction and forestry) in South American plant. Responsible for writing SOP’s , Assigning work elements, preparing visual methods sheets and Kaizens on assembly line.Previously was working with Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd. Chakan, as a Process Engineer since JULY 2021. Have experience in working on passenger as well as commercial vehicles. Responsible for End to End process planning, documentation, preparing RFQ, Budgeting, installation and commissioning of facilities on Assembly lines ( XUV700, BOLERO, SUPRO ).Also having 3+ yrs of experience in Productions department in Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd Nashik, worked on XUV300 from VP phase to Launch. Excellent knowledge of all automotive assembly process, Fundamental of vehicle dynamics, production planning and control and material logistics.
