Enterprise Content Management (ECM) System: ECM is an enterprise content management system for multiple divisions of CMS. This project supports O&M, feature enhancements and cloud migration. Responsibilities: ● Managing 8 cross functional projects and applications concurrently as key personnel by developing a statement of work, managing task orders, creating milestone tracker, identifying key stakeholders, conducting stakeholder analysis, facilitating project kick off and establishing a communication management plan.● Successfully planned budgets, resource allocation and timelines for 8 projects with a revenue of over 20M by engaging the necessary stakeholders, resolving risks and issues, and promoting decision-driven conversations to meet the timelines. ● Leading the migration of applications and data from Baltimore Data Center to AWS Cloud leading to savings up to 2M dollars. ● Supporting security activities for multiple applications including security impact analysis, risk assessments, Penetration Testing, and 508 testing. ● Reporting project progress to internal executive leadership and Center of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. ● Managing the engineering teams to ensure all sprint goals are met and mitigated blockers, risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle. ● Responsible for creating new processes for the organization, such as creating & organizing Phase Gate reviews, Lessons learned, and Risk Management.

Opportunity to Network and Engage (zONE): zONE is a content management application that is used by CMS to create and collaborate on content with CMS internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: ● Identified necessary SLAs/KPIs for the project and work with our client to monitor progress by creating necessary reports and dashboards to share with the program and executive leads. ● Conducted JAD sessions with the application users and business stakeholders to define and prioritize new business requirements and assisted project teams in conducting feasibility analysis for compatibility of the existing system infrastructure with new business requirements.● Monitored, tracked and raised risks and issues to mitigate impediments thereby allowing teams to deliver program goals and milestones ahead of schedule. ● Managed changing requirements by collaborating with the stakeholders on discussions regarding the impact of change request on the project scope and delivery timelines. ● Utilized Google Analytics to capture success metrics on utilization of newly added features.● Led presentations to demonstrate and market the product to 40+ existing and prospective stakeholders.● Created application help tutorials and acted as Tier 2 help support for any application related user inquiries.

Application Consolidation (zONE & SERVIS): zONE and SERVIS are content management applications that are used by CMS to create and collaborate on content with CMS internal and external stakeholders. The scope of this project was to consolidate both applications under one architecture boundary to save costs for CMS. Responsibilities: ● Supported the executive team in generating over $10M in revenue for organizational account by consistently winning contract re-bids.● Reported project progress to the program leadership and mitigated risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle by creating Project Management Reports along with success metrics for the project. ● Marketed the program applications on multiple Center of Medicaid & Medicare Services (CMS) platforms to improve application exposure which resulted in growth of the application users by over 60%. ● Led successful modernization of projects by leading Human Centered Design (HCD) & User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinating dependencies with external teams and managing projects from inception through completion.● Led and coached the engineering teams on agile principles and sprint processes to ensure all tasks are meeting project timelines.

Health Plan Manager is a health intelligence platform that enables United Health Group customers to analyze the health risk of their population so they can make informed decisions about their health investments. Responsibilities:● Supported creation of project scope that helped carry out implementation of new derivative products to save the organization and customer over $2M.● Acted as a liaison between business and engineering teams to find creative solutions to technology, product, and organizational challenges.● Partnered with the business stakeholders in identifying, understanding, and documenting their business needs in business requirement documents (BRD) and user stories. ● Developed strong relationships with cross-functional teams by collaborating on integration requirements and anticipated timelines. ● Worked with the UI/UX teams to create prototypes and wireframes to demonstrate the anticipated features to stakeholders for business approvals.

Responsibilities:● Assisted the program manager in creating project deliverables including Project Scope Document, Project Charter, and Press Release Documents.● Collaborated with internal stakeholders, including Geek Squad agents, to document new use cases and create new workflows for the application.● Assisted the product owner in creating Knowledge Based Articles (KBAs) utilized by the help desk. ● Provided business with tools and capabilities to enable business processes associated around bringing in new customers and retaining existing customers.

Supported integration services between Best Buy phone activation service and providers, such as Verizon, Sprint, Team mobile, etc... Responsibilities:● Collaborated with the Best Buy Mobile marketing team to gather requirements for phone activation promotions that are expected to run weekly, monthly or on special holidays (eg: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, etc…).● Implemented services to share required information about mobile promotions to multiple systems across the Best Buy Mobile organization that uses phone activation services. ● Facilitated meetings with leaders from the carrier companies such as T-Mobile, Sprint and Verizon to gather requirements on new promotion campaigns for the customers. ● Organized and facilitated project planning, daily stand-ups, requirement reviews, backlog grooming, retrospectives, sprint/release planning, demos, and other scrum-related ceremonies with the engineering team.

ProAG is a family-owned crop insurer that has provided insurance protection to farmers for more than 80 years and is a provider of crop Insurance, serving 40 states.ProAgReports and Crop Hail Rating applications are used by insurance agents, underwriters, and insured parties to estimate costs, calculate crop rates, generate reports and submit a claim for loss.Responsibilities: ● Documented requirements to gather crop data from sources like RMA to create reports using SSRS and data warehouse that are utilized by insured, agents, agencies and internal employees for their day to day tasks. ● Assisted program manager in creating status reports to report progress on a new application for internal actuaries to calculate and publish crop rates which are used by agents and underwriters for quoting and writing policies.● Documented requirements for a new module that allows the insured to file a notice of loss, pay their bills online and print/email their policy documents such as, Policy Provisions, Schedule of Insurance, Production and Acreage Reports.
