From designing dashboards for critical event monitoring of security SLA breaches to generating detailed metrics reports and security incident reports for submission to senior management, I ensured top-notch service delivery. I assessed and responded to information security incidents by conducting incident investigations as well as carried out malware analysis to develop IDS signatures (Sourcefire), FW rules, and AV signature and create Splunk alerts for the identified threats.
