CurrentEMEA People strategy & analytics practice leader, owning the design, capability build, commercial performance, growth & route to market strategy. As Head of EME People Analytics my responsibilities also include owning the design, strategic growth & maturity roadmap of advanced analytics, behavioural science, workforce intelligence & effectiveness, AI & people strategy advisory in EMEA. The key focus of the practice is to help clients with varied levels of maturity, strategic priorities, global footprint, across industries maximise their desired business outcome through a data driven approach to their human capital management philosophy. Under my strategic direction the practice helps clients, shape the future of their workforce using a data driven design and approach to their people strategy, powered by analytics, decision science, behavioural and data science. A key part of my responsibility is to function as a thought leader for C-suite clients helping them rationalise short, medium, and long-term people strategy, organisational effectiveness, and talent strategy through innovative & custom-designed data driven solutions. As a practice leader, along with living Korn Ferry leadership values a key responsibility is to contribute towards “One Korn Ferry Vision.” The practice delivers this vision through a strategy that connects through a common thread of data across all solution areas creating better client experience at the same time creating innovative, collaborative collective intelligence labs – helping scale and produce strategic data informed decision engine that shapes the future of workforce.
