Technical Support Specialist
Current- Futuron Technologies is a fast-paced 24/7 IT managed services provider with clients based around the globe. As part of the technical specialist’s team, my role consisted of the following.
- Delivering large projects to clients where O365 is the focus
- Leading the delivery of the technology projects
- Email migrations (on-prem to O365, tenant to tenant migrations using migration wiz)
- Data Migrations (SharePoint, Egnyte, G-Suite, SPOL, On-Prem)
- Microsoft O365 (inc. Teams / OneDrive / SharePoint)
