With a background in psychology and behavior analysis, I became aware of its omnipresence in almost every facet of life. I’ve applied these principles across a variety of populations, continuously growing my expertise in understanding human behavior. Now, I’m leveraging this insight in digital marketing to create data-driven strategies that effectively meet goals.From my very first job I was sure that I did not want to be constricted to one application of behavior analysis. My deep curiosity for human behavior only grew during my masters and I was sure that I wanted to work across a diverse range of industries allowing me to learn the intricacies of those fields, acquire new skills and how behavior analysis was applicable to effectively achieving goals.After completing my masters in special education with applied behavior analysis as well as receiving my fieldwork hours ultimately becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, I was sure that I wanted to gain meaningful experience as a practicing BCBA in a clinic that helped individuals with autism. This gave me the opportunity to hone my skills as a leader, effective communicator and managing group dynamics amongst families, therapists and the clients. Leaving nothing for subjective interpretation in the field, realistic, objective and clearly defined goals were set every term with extensive visual data analysis collected on a daily basis with consistent monitoring and modifications to programs to ensure goals were being met. My ability to set clear, measurable objectives and monitor progress through data collection translates seamlessly into marketing strategy development.Eventually I got promoted to Senior BCBA, further empowering me to help other therapists reach their professional goals as well as children and families reach significant milestones. I have always had an interest in and passion for writing, creative expression and visual design. Upon researching other industries that use psychology and the potential for career growth it led me to marketing and advertising. I did a free course on digital marketing offered through Google. Sparking an interest to learn more and to commit to a promising career, I completed the Bootcamp in Digital Marketing at UT Austin, Texas. My passion for understanding behavior drives my approach to digital marketing, enabling me to craft campaigns that resonate with audiences and drive results.
