As the Mechanical Technical Office Engineer on the prestigious ZED Towers development, I demonstrated my exceptional technical capabilities and project management skills. Overseeing a team of mechanical engineers, I was responsible for the execution review of critical building systems, including multiple pump rooms and fan rooms . I managed the extensive ductwork system, totaling over 100 tons, as well as the central ventilation and smoke extraction systems. thorough understanding of design requirements and hands-on approach ensured the successful installation and testing of the pressurized staircase systems. Throughout the project, my technical expertise, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders were instrumental in the delivery of this landmark 57,000 square meter development. my contributions were vital in upholding the high standards of quality and safety that are the hallmark of the ZED Towers project.
