Responsible for medical management and establishing uniform medical services delivery along with sharing responsibilities of operations, across the chain of 15 hospitals (capacity of 1400 beds) located in Maharashtra and Gujarat.There are 15 units in SHL comprising of clinics and hospitals ranging from 50 to 300 beds. I streamlined the essential activities of medical administration suitable for corporate hospitals, to prevent potential medicolegal issues and improve patient care. The functioning was defined in terms of processes based on cyclic pattern - daily, weekly, fortnight and quarterly. This was highly appreciated by the Senior Management and implemented and included in HIS. I have published the same in Journal of Forensic Medicine, Science and Law (Jul-Dec 2013) A Journal of Medicolegal Association of Maharashtra.

Medical Superintendent and Medico I am actively involved in the process of operations, statutory compliances, Medico legal / TPA/ Corporate Documentations, supporting the management in designing the facility, implementation of project in all aspects e.g. setting up of Clinical Departments and their requirements. I have been instrumental in inception, upgradation and expansion of two hospitals along with quality projects – ISO, NABL, IMC RBNQA, and now in NABH and JCI.
