Having many hardships to success in life has made me stronger enough to work in this Industry from past 18 years and given me inner strength to never give up in the event of failures.By profession I am an Senior Specialist with a rich experience of 18 years in the area of Quality Control, Manufacturing, Inspection & Testing, Detail Hardware Engineering of Low Voltage Switchgear Assemblies. If I look back to my career graph it highlights my achievements in the Field of Inspection and Testing with focus on Customer Satisfaction through continual improvement, Cost Reduction and encouraging my team members for adopting and finding new ways to design and make high quality product and processes which will be in line with the company objective.During my journey of quality, I also got a chance to upgrade my skills in the field of Design Engineering. This combination of two opposite roles have given me enough understanding about the issues which result into poor quality and more cost. Never the less I was also involved in many new supplier technical assessments and was a part of their journey of success and growth which has given some tangible and non tangible benefits to the company and supplier.When not working, you will find me hanging out with my friends and family members over sessions of Karaoke.
