The year 2017 it will be the 25th Year since the Global HR movement FIRST took place in 1992 and a celebration for WORLD HRD CONGRESS. As I look back, I believe that the 25 years has been worthwhile for me and the ups & downs, the highs & lows and sheer determination to "keep going". In the journey of 25 years, I have meet many many many Leaders; Gurus & Iconic HR Professionals who have shared knowledge; expertise and made me believe that I should just keep going. There are many who say I have made a difference to their lives and it brings a smile to my face. Being MAD is a great thing - Make A Difference.
