The key modules implemented are Point of Sale in all retail shops (including shops in Makkah and Madinah), Financial and Management Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Human Resources, Payroll, Manufacturing, Plant Maintenance, Direct Store Delivery, Budgeting, GPS integration, Mobile apps integration and Management reporting.

While working independently, I was dealing mainly with E-Commerce and Trading clients. Did extensive customization of OpenERP to ensure it becomes a perfect Ecommerce tool. I integrated it with Ebay, Amazon, Buy.com, Ecommerce websites. Moreover, integrated it with carrier services like UPS, USPS, Fedex to get real-time shipping charges. In addition to this developed many advance features like RMA (Return Merchandize Authorization), Batch Shipping, Auto-management of inventory, Auto-import of orders from each shop and many more.For trading clients implemented CRM, Sales, After-sales services, Procurement and Warehousing.

Initially being a small company was privileged to get exposure to different phases of Software development like client interaction, feasibility study, design, coding, testing and implementation.Started off with few website development in ASP.NET and Joomla (Content Managment System). After few months moved to business applications like Processmaker (Business Process Management) and vTiger (Customer Relationship Management). Got exposure implementing projects for clients in USA, Kazakhstan and India.Finally moved to OpenERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) where I did extensive development.
