I am heading Marketing, Sales, Service, Parts and Network development team and reporting to the Managing Director.Niloy Motors Ltd is the manufacturer and distributor of HERO Motorcycle in Bangladesh. We have the largest product range in the country from 100 cc to 150 cc motorcycle. Hero is the world largest motorcycle manufacturer in the world since 2001.Around the country we have 180 showrooms and sale points, 200 Service centers and 260 parts outlets.

Being Head Of Operations working as Hero Motorcycle Plant, Bangladesh head and Logistic Head. Planning and monitoring HERO Motor Bike Production, Supply Chain Management, Stock Yards Management. I used to report to the Managing Director and work closely with Hero Moto Corp India

Here I am working as the Chief Technical Officer in Nitol Niloy Group. Being of CTO I am doing IT infrastructure planning and management, software development planing and implementation, IT security planning and implementation. Since Nitol management is focused and dependent on in-house IT development strength; I do develop the team and drive for software development. Every piece of software from desktop of mobile used in the group is designed, developed and managed by our team.

As the CBO of Customer Care Division I was responsible for overall business plan and implementation of the division. Since Service division is the largest single unit of the group I had to take no of initiatives to motivate the cross functional units. I have done following major activities there:1. My first job was to visit almost every corner of the country to meet the customer, teams and to see the facilities so that we can plan accordingly. Later it helped a lot. 2. Customer satisfaction: Main objective was to ensure customer satisfaction and good feeling about TATA vehicles and its after sales support. During this period we reached highest CSI of 78 staring from 55 in June 2012. We created/ motivated customer focus activities and also we linked it with the incentive programs which helped to achieve the milestone. 3. Increase the efficiency level and reduce the cost. We have introduced single shift overtime based work schedule in place of 2 shifts. This helped win customer heart since their vehicles are handled by same team (no change over of team). It also reduced overall fixed cost of the company and create opportunity for the employee to earn more from overtime.

I am working in the Mindworking Asia, a ODC of Mindworking A/S. Mindworking A/S is a Danish software development company.

May main responsibility here to play as a Technical Lead of different software projects. As a Technical Lead I have to do the system design documents, explore the technology and solutions and delegate to the developers. Here I also do some overlapping responsibilities as a system analyst. Often I visit the client and do the requirement analysis. We follow fully object oriented analysis and design technique using UML.

Main responsibility is to deal with the client (especially the overseas software developing company named All Out Interaction & N&tive of London, UK). And plan for the required human resource and infrastructure of the project. Coordinate between the teams and within the team members to attain the task done in a schedule time and assure the quality of the work. Some time take responsible for analyzing the systems and create data models also develop some critical functionalities.I am the sponsor director of the company.

Configure and maintain the LAN of different organizations. Assuring the security of the intellectual properties of the company from viruses and unauthorized copies and do data storage and backups.
