Current• Client Relationships and Growth - Support and serve as authority on assigned client accounts, act as day-to-day project manager, manage issue identification and resolution, ensure superior client service and satisfaction through collaboration with internal and external teams. - Identify client needs, explore growth opportunities, and coordinate client and stakeholder meetings. • Project Management and Quality Assurance- Develop comprehensive client project plans for various agency services and ensure strategic oversight in deliverable creation. - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external teams to drive client business forward.
