• Responsible for Recruitment Functions & Operations.• Hands on experience on Taleo.• Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like vendors, employee referrals, job portals, social networking etc to fill various technical roles.• Maintaining a systematic and comprehensive database of all the candidates.• Working on end to end recruitment process.• Sourcing/Screening, Short listing profiles and conducting Initial phone screening for potential candidates.• Scheduling the interviews and engagement connect of candidates according to availability.• Interaction with practice leads and Panels for candidate status and feedbacks.• HR Interviews (Behavioral, offer Negotiation), and keep warm calls.• Releasing offer letters and Follow up with Onboarding and joining team for joining formalities of offered candidates.• Follow up with the selected candidates till joining the company.• Connecting with 3rd party vendors for candidate closure and sharing all updates regarding offer released, joiners and all relevant status.• Business meeting with management on hiring plans.
