In ABB, I have been a part of the below 2 sub-teams under Talent AcquisitionSingapore and Philippines (June '17 to May '19): Handle parts of the recruitment cycle in collaboration with the Talent Partners in the respective countries. Thoroughly quality check the new requisitions raised by the hiring manager and release it business approval. Edit the job description created by the hiring manager to form a job advertisement that complies with the ABB standards and help attract better suited candidates. Discuss the requirement with the hiring managers for a better understanding. Screen the applicant resumes in eRec, based on the requirement and send the selected lot to the manager. Schedule interviews of the shortlisted candidates based on manager’s preferences and candidate’s availability. Maintain extensive trackers and dashboards to help quicken the information retrieval process. Building and maintaining relationships with counter HR partners in the different countries and respective hiring managers. Supporting for engineering and corporate requirements.GBS (Global Business Shared Services) Build (Nov '16 to May '17): Handle the full recruitment for HR and Finance departments of the GBS set-up in Bangalore. Closely work with the Hiring managers and delivery heads to understand open positions and skill sets and form the hiring strategy and target the best candidates. Source and screen the candidates matching the job specifications through various sources like job portals, internal database, referrals, social networking sites and Vendors. Schedule and coordinate with the hiring team for technical interviews of shortlisted candidates. Create offer documents for the selected candidates. Hand-hold potential candidates until joining day and resolve their queries. Conduct walk-in drives for multiple open positions.

Blue Ocean Ventures is an international IT staffing firm, providing IT and business management professionals to fill both contract consulting and permanent positions across a breadth of IT disciplines and industry domains. Their clients include major IT firms such as Wipro, TCS, Cognizant, Mphasis and so on.Responsibilities include comprehending the job description, sourcing the resumes from various online tools, screening the resumes, approaching the candidate for a detailed discussion about their experiences, submitting the best fit resumes to the client and following up with the candidate throughout their recruitment process.

My responsibilities included:1. Analysis of Campus Recruitment Process of L&T MMH-IC for DET and GET (2012-14).2. Enquiring the interest of the candidates for the job openings.3. Updating the candidates about the details of the interview and following up with them.4. Managing the interview process.5. Screening and updating the relevant jobs on the portal for the outplaced employees.6. Assisting the Talent Aquisiton team in various other activities.
