My role involves working with a diverse and cross-functional team that includes UI/ UX designers, front-end developers, digital marketing specialists, technical and application team leads, BDRs, product leads, and CXOs. Customer Experience Management and Digital-First Engagement are the cornerstones of my practice. I also conduct workshops and immersion sessions with clients to understand their buyer journey and formulate content strategies, communication approach, and content stylesheets.I hold an Engineer's Degree in Information Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth, and I have a diploma in network security.
