As the Director of Growth Enablement at Expedite Commerce, I combine marketing and technology to help the organization acquire high-quality leads and to enable sellers to convert opportunities. I have rich experience in content production for both B2B and B2C clients, spanning various industries and formats. My role involves working with a diverse and cross-functional team that includes UI/ UX designers, front-end developers, digital marketing specialists, technical and application team leads, BDRs, product leads, and CXOs. Customer Experience Management and Digital-First Engagement are the cornerstones of my practice. I also conduct workshops and immersion sessions with clients to understand their buyer journey and formulate content strategies, communication approach, and content stylesheets.I hold an Engineer's Degree in Information Technology from Bharati Vidyapeeth, and I have a diploma in network security. I specialize in the planning and production of B2B Enterprise Tech content around modern technologies and subjects such as AI, ML, NLP, Cloud Computing, AWS, SaaS, IoT, Digital Workplaces, Digital Transformation, and Data & Analytics.I am also a 2015 Teach For India Fellow who taught over a hundred students at a low-income school in Mumbai, impacting them with a curriculum that delivered high rigour academics, exposure and access, and the values and mindset to put them on a path to personal excellence.
