In my current role, I am involved in the comprehensive design and development of open-frame Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS). My responsibilities include:PCB Design: Crafting layouts for efficient and compact power supply circuits.Transformer Design: Engineering custom transformers tailored to specific power supply needs.Component Selection: Choosing appropriate components to ensure reliability and efficiency in power supply units.Prototyping and Testing: Building and rigorously testing prototypes to validate design specifications and performance.Power Supply Solutions: Developing various power supply solutions to meet specific customer requirements, including 3.3V, 5V, 12V, 15V, and 24V outputs.I have successfully contributed to designing and producing multiple power supply models, including 15W, 24W, and 48W units, tailored to diverse applications.

The company provides industrial solutions like RS485 to TCP converter Analog input, Analog output, Digital Input/Output Cards, and some IoT solutions for farming like the Lora base pump control system, and also provides some other solutions as per the requirements. I am working on Coding, Hardware selection, and PCB design on software like Easy Eda, Hardware Testing etc.

In AIM I am working on developing different medical equipment in which we are using different controllers Like Arduino, and Esp32 and providing IoT solutions.In which I am working on developing the GUI using the display like DWIN, Raspberry pi display with esp32 and I am also learning the flutter for app development for fetching the data from esp32 to app with firebase and with local wifi.

We are working on a project for Cashew grading machine in which we are developing a machine that separates cashew in different sizes and also separates the defective pieces using the cameras and different controllers like Arduino, Teensy, Raspberry Pi, Jetson Nano, Jetson Xavier etc. and we are making cashew detecting system with Python and different libraries like OpenCV,NumPy,etc.
