As a Director of Consultant Development, I focused on the success of my team members and am the primary point of contact for any of their needs. I was responsible for consultant growth and development, performance management, working with operations to resource projects, and overall team member leadership. I worked closely with the practice leaders in our Data Analytics and Data Platforms practice and our Modern Applications practice to support the success of team members in their project roles and assist in addressing trends or challenges that surfaced during project delivery. Job duties included leading team members, gathering and providing performance feedback, aligning team members with practice delivery and strategy, coaching on career and professional development, and driving culture and community. I reported to the Managing Director of the Consultant Success Team and worked closely with other Directors on the team to ensure consistent leadership across all aspects of a team member's experience at Core.

Worked with Sitefinity CMS, .NET, CSHTML / SCSS, automated accessibility testing CI/CD integration, and Vue.Developer | Trucking eCommerce Website (2018)Served as co-tech lead on this long-running project. Worked extensively with their CMS to offer enhanced search results, improve their eCommerce offerings, and update front end components on their site. Worked on their Sitefinity site with 54 branded spin-off sites for each of their regional hospitals. Heavy front end work and new feature development. Partway into the project it became a requirement to bring the 54 sites into compliance with WCAG 2.0 standards. Support and continuously add new functionality to a customer facing website, using technologies such as HTML, CSS and Sass, Angular Javascript, Bootstrap, C#, Java, and REST. We also support a native mobile application for both iOS and Android. Work closely with product, UX, and customers in an Agile environment, ensuring that the work that we do is continuously approved by all stakeholders in an effort to minimize superfluous work and ship new features that have real value in as little time as possible.Participate in many Agile trainings in order to ensure that our team is implementing best practices throughout the development life cycle.Completed many different courses in order to learn new technologies quickly as I practiced them by contributing early to the team.

I provided testing automation support to a team who was developing a new service for Interactive Intelligence's new cloud platform. I learned to write automatic tests that could be run regularly to periodically check the core functionality of the service. I worked remotely from my team at an office close to campus, communicating with my mentor and the rest of my team through a combination of instant messaging, video chats, and bi-monthly in person meetings.

Provide on-site customer help for computer, software, and printing problems. Manage several computer labs and employees, ensuring that client service goes uninterrupted. Organize and complete tasks on my own time, prioritizing as I see fit unless otherwise instructed by management.

Worked with a team of interns to create a cross-platform mobile web application for an existing Microsoft online service. I learned new front end languages on the job, such as Java Script, jQuery mobile, CSS, and CSHTML. With my team, we designed and created a visually appealing, user friendly interface that was praised by upper management. The product was completed on time and above expectations.

Worked with the West Lafayette Public Library to create an Android application that would allow patrons to search the library database from their phones. Improved existing code by abstracting repeated processes into separate classes, and by adding comments and outside documentation that would enable its future success annd sustainability. Acted as the Community Partner Liaison, where I continually ensured our project was meeting the wants and needs of the library through open communication. As a result of my work on this project, I was awarded the EPICS program's Corcoran Award for "Outstanding Initiative for Project Sustainability". In later semesters I developed quality leadership skills as I served as team leader over several project leaders.

Designed lesson plans that enabled gifted third and fourth grade children to grasp technical concepts that applied to web design. Taught students how to create well-designed websites within six three-hour class sessions

As a high school compliance intern, I compiled monthly reports to send to the government concerning publications put out by Navistar's companies and divisions. I also had the opportunity to restructure and streamline our department's information database. On a daily basis, I tracked the completion of recalls against specivic VINs, and updated the information database concerning them accordingly.
