I am a second generation Sri Lankan immigrant, and a results-driven professional with a diverse background in Client service, sales, and market research.💼 Work: My biggest accomplishment takes place as an Operations Officer at RBC - where I closed client cards, set up accounts, and fulfilled email requests including setting up auto pay, resetting passwords, and making payments on behalf of clients.
