• Authored a policy brief on running cash transfer programmes in difficult market conditions and a best practice guide to targeting, both based on research and findings from a large-scale humanitarian cash transfer.
• Represented CARE at key meetings in Geneva, including the Geneva Cash Working Group, the UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) humanitarian affairs segment and multiple OCHA briefings.
• Conducted research on future trends of the humanitarian ecosystem to inform CARE’s future strategy, including localisation, cash-based programming and the humanitarian-development nexus.
