Continued all responsibilities of being a resident assistant.Managed area staff by scheduling on-call duty shifts, dispersing communications from offices on campus, and being first point of contact for resident assistants in the area.Served as a liaison between professional staff and resident assistants. Advocated for improvements for resident assistants based on feedback.

Work under Dr. Keith Moored to help study fluid dynamic interactions that occur in animal collectives. Currently working on recording data from Arduino model of two fish. Learning to utilize multiple coding languages for one project: Matlab, Arduino, C++, and Python.

Directly responsible for 24 first year students and serve to guide them through their transition to university. Create and maintain engaging bulletin boards with useful information for the residents. Work with other hall resident assistants to develop a community and host events that promote diversity, inclusivity, and creativity. Developed mediation, conflict resolution, and programming skills.

Assist students in learning MatLab and Arduino and implementing final projects using core coding principles. Grade lab assignments and hold office hours.

Maintained shelving units on all 4 floors of the library. Participated in a reduction and rearrangement project to extract all titles that were underused over the past years and update the locations of books to create more seating space in the library.
