I am working as a team leader under agile methodology in Client Financial Management (CFM) process. Working here I am responsible for overseeing quality control of processing, work allocation and workflow of a Middle Office team and outsourced functions in accordance with SLD. Also reviews and approves work conducted by more junior levels in accordance with function policies and procedures. o Performs analysis and research on the most complex transactions and identifies solutions to complexinquiries. o Serves as subject matter expert and conducts research to gather information on the most complex, multifaceted transactions and provides answers to complex inquiries that have been escalated by lowerlevelso Responsible for or facilitating the maintenance of trade static data, trade enrichment, and trade exception handling and market claims o Responsible for the most complex reconciliations analysis (cash, asset, trade matching, and market value), break assignment, resolution of reconciliation breaks, and trade fails.

● Regularly interacts with clients in answering questions and resolving multifaceted inquiries for complextransactions ● Deal Administration and end to end client service delivery● Processing of domestic and foreign payments via ABA, Swift code, Sort code and other issuing of cheques● Calculation of interest amount for variable bonds and processing FX conversion. ● LOC preparation and presentation on behalf of lenders on monthly basis to pay schedule holders’ coupons.● Processing early redemptions of bond, sending debt service letter to obligor, periodic invoicing to client, note holder payments and many more such activities.

 Portfolio management – Assigned with a set of around 700 clients and managing their queries that involves direct client interaction via email and call, liaison with external parties for rates, investor reports, trade settlement and communication with internal teams – ITS Bonds, CT payments, ITS fee billing, MTI payments, etc. and getting the query resolved.  Processing of domestic and foreign payments via ABA, Swift code, Sort code and other issuing of cheques  Inputting and handling settlement of trades on various markets like DTCC and FRB.  Calculation of interest amount for variable and fixed rate bonds.  FX processing.  Issuing payments on behalf of lenders/obligors.  Understanding various clauses within indenture to safeguard shareholders’ interest.  LOC preparation and presentation on behalf of lenders on monthly basis to pay schedule holders’ coupons.  Preparation of waterfall and investor reporting on behalf of client and getting it processed in order to flow the funds to note holders.  Calculation, preparation and analysis of workbook for Interest and Principal/Redemption (FAL, DSL), and advising the same to client, note holders and DTC. Maintaining note holders’ records, principal outstanding and periodical interest payment amount in the designated system and resolving break if any.  Preparation and compilation of ledgers for global investment money market instruments.

 Downloading and arranging various data into meaning reports and publishing such reports within team to complete day to day BAU.  Periodic review of client’s Fee Agreement to calculate and bill for rendered services.  Getting the invoice reviewed and approved from client service managers and sending such invoices to client for payment and subsequent follow up for payment of dues.  Reconciliation of clients’ ledger balances, finding breaks and resolving such issues.  Weekly and monthly reporting of business updates to senior managements.
